1. Application Purpose

Fieldora provides GPS-based tools for measuring:

• Distances
• GPS coordinates
• Map boundaries
• Property and field estimates

2. Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer

Fieldora uses GPS technology, device sensors, and map information to provide measurement estimates.

Results may vary depending on:

• GPS signal quality
• Device hardware
• Environmental conditions
• Map data accuracy
• User-selected points

Fieldora should not be used as a replacement for professional surveying equipment or official land surveys.

3. Subscription Services

Fieldora provides optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features.

Subscription price, duration, and features are displayed before purchase inside the application.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled.
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple ID account settings.

5. Free Trial and Introductory Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is available:

• The offer details will be shown before purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews after the trial period unless cancelled.
• Users can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Fieldora does not process refunds directly.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the app legally
• Provide accurate measurement inputs
• Respect property boundaries and local regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All application content, design, software, and features belong to Fieldora or its licensors.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or improve application features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fieldora provides GPS-based estimates for reference purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on estimated measurements.

11. Termination

Users may stop using Fieldora at any time by uninstalling the application.
